How to Make Reservation

  1. Choose your accomodation from this page;
  2. Pick number of room (if any) and choose room type (if any);
  3. Pick the date and night(s) range (some accommodation might limit the maximum night that you can book);
  4. Click "Check Availability" or "Book Now" button below the cost;
  5. Double check the accommodation name, number of room, duration, room type, check-in date, and check-out date in our Shopping Cart page, then click "Proceed to checkout" button;
  6. Fill-in the billing details form (field mark with * is required), type your special request in "Order notes" field (optional), and choose your estimated check-in time (optional);
  7. After all is completed, click the "Request Confirmation" or "Proceed to Payment button" then wait until you redirected to the payment module pop-up;
  8. Choose payment option and make the payment;
  9. After payment process finished, you'll be redirected to our "Thank you" page with your reservation details, along with the payment status. You will also receive the details in your email.

NOTES:

  • MainKeDesa.com and its Merchant will not entertain any cancellation or refund request due to customer change of mind upon completed payment.
  • "Check Availability" and "Request Confirmation" means that the accommodation needs to check if the room is available or not on your choosen date. You'll be notified by email of the status.
  • For this reservation type, you will not be redirected to our payment page, but you'll receive an email with a link to pay for your reservation if the room is available. If the room is not available, then you don't have to pay anything and your reservation will be canceled automatically.
  • A reservation that require confirmation can not be combined with other type of products that do not require it.
  • Regardless of the product, the minimum payment amount so you can make a reservation is Rp10,000 (after discount and taxes, if any). You can learn more on how to make payment on this page.
