How to Make Payment

MKD Payment (Without CC-GoPay Update)

Transfer from your Bank Mandiri account (internet banking/ATM/SMS Banking). After payment module pop-up shown

  1. Choose "ATM/Bank Transfer".
  2. Choose "Mandiri".
  3. Write down and keep the "Company Code" (70012) and "Payment Code" shown on the page.
  4. Go to the ATM or your internet banking account and make the payment (time limit is 3 hours after order placed) by following detailed instructions shown on the page (you can also choose to send the step-by-step instructions to your email).
  5. If payment is success, you will receive email confirmation from us. No need to manually confirm your payment.

Transfer from any Indonesian bank account using ATM Bersama/Alto/Prima to our BNI Virtual Account. After payment module pop-up shown

  1. Choose "ATM/Bank Transfer".
  2. Choose "BNI".
  3. Write down and keep 16 digits of our Virtual Account number shown on the page.
  4. Go to the ATMs that have ATM Bersama/Prima/Alto logo/networks.
  5. Enter your PIN.
  6. In the main menu select 'Other transactions'.
  7. Select 'Transfer' then select 'To Another Bank Account'.
  8. Enter BNI bank code '009' then select 'Correct'.
  9. Enter the payment amount and select 'Correct'.
  10. Enter the 16 digits virtual account number and select 'Correct'.
  11. Select the account to be debited.
  12. Make sure the payment nominal & virtual account number are correct, then select 'Correct'.
  13. If payment is success, you will receive email confirmation from us. No need to manually confirm your payment.

Transfer from any Indonesian bank account using ATM Bersama/Alto/Prima to our Bank Permata Virtual Account. After payment module pop-up shown

  1. Choose "ATM/Bank Transfer".
  2. Choose "Permata".
  3. Write down and keep 16 digits of our Virtual Account number shown on the page.
  4. Go to the ATMs that have ATM Bersama/Prima/Alto logo/networks.
  5. Enter your PIN.
  6. In the main menu select 'Others'.
  7. Select 'Transfer' then select 'Other bank account'.
  8. Enter Bank Permata bank code '013' followed by the 16 digits virtual account number.
  9. Enter the payment amount and select 'Correct'.
  10. Make sure the payment nominal & virtual account number are correct, then select 'Correct'.
  11. If payment is success, you will receive email confirmation from us. No need to manually confirm your payment.

Transfer from any Indonesian bank account through ATM Bersama/Prima/Alto or internet banking. After payment module pop-up shown

  1. Choose "ATM/Bank Transfer".
  2. Choose "Other Bank".
  3. Write down and keep 16 digits of our Virtual Account number shown on the page.
  4. Go to the ATMs that have ATM Bersama/Prima/Alto logo/networks.
  5. Enter your PIN.
  6. In the main menu select 'Others'.
  7. Select 'Transfer' then select 'Other bank account'.
  8. Enter Bank Permata bank code '013' followed by the 16 digits virtual account number.
  9. Enter the payment amount and select 'Correct'.
  10. Make sure the payment nominal & virtual account number are correct, then select 'Correct'.
  11. If payment is success, you will receive email confirmation from us. No need to manually confirm your payment.

Pay with your GoPay balance using your GO-JEK mobile app. After payment module pop-up shown

  1. Choose "GoPay".
  2. Review your payment amount and order ID then click "Pay Now with GoPay" button.
  3. Open your GO-JEK mobile app, click "Pay".
  4. Point your mobile phone camera to scan the QR Code (if you make the order from your smartphone, you'll need other phone to process the payment).
  5. Check your payment details in the GO-JEK mobile app and then tap "Pay".
  6. If payment is success, you will receive email confirmation from us. No need to manually confirm your payment.

NOTES

  • Minimum payment for each order is Rp10,000 (ten thousand Indonesian rupiah), after discount and taxes (if any).
  • If after successful payment you're not redirected to our "Thank you" page or you're not aware if it's completed or not, please visit your "Orders" page here to check its status. If it's "Processing" or "Completed" then you're good to go. If it's "On-hold" or "Pending payment" and you're sure that you have completed the payment, please contact us here with your payment receipt/proof.
